Read these Terms and Conditions before using the Services.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("Customer") and Electroplix ("we," "us," or "our") covering your use of the Electroplix platform, including the Playground, AI Engine, Deployment Adapters, CLI, IDE, component library, templates, APIs, and § (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, clicking "Sign Up," or using the Service in any way, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
By using the Services you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity, and "you" refers to that entity.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a minor, you accept responsibility for their use. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Please notify us of any unauthorised use of your Electroplix rights away. We are not liable for any losses caused by any authorised use of your account.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.
You may not directly or indirectly reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform or any underlying models. You may not use the Service to build a competing product or attempt to circumvent any access controls or usage limits.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to keep the Service and your data secure. That said, no system is completely immune to risk. You are responsible for adopting your use of the Service meets any compliance standards specific to your industry. Regulatory standards may explicitly demand stricter controls in a separate agreement.
When the Service allows you to export project code, that reported code belongs to you subject to any third-party licenses embedded in it. You are responsible for understanding and complying with those licenses, and for any deployment or licensing decisions you make with that code.
For multiple relative ownership of the Platform itself, including the tools, engines, and infrastructure that generated the code, Electroplix retains all rights. Using the Service to build applications does not give you any rights in or to the underlying Platform.
The AI Engine generates content based on your inputs. All outputs are provided as-is. We do not guarantee that AI-generated material is unique, free from third-party rights, or suited to your specific use case.
You are responsible for reviewing, saving, validating and maintaining any AI-generated content before using it in production. You own the outputs you generate, but also take responsibility for them once they leave the platform.
We may use aggregated, de-identified data from Service usage to improve our models and platform. We will not use your specific project's content or outputs for training purposes without your explicit consent.
The Service, including the platform code, design, AI systems, UI library, and all related technology is owned by Electroplix and is protected under certain laws. We claim no ownership over what you build using the Service.
Your content, data, and outputs remain yours. We claim no ownership over what you build using the Service.
Templates and components provided through the Service are mostly available to help you build production-ready user interfaces. By purchasing these items you are granted a license to use them in a single commercial or client work, though certain templates have restrictions on how many times you can resell them.
You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You may not use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation, infringe or misappropriate any third-party IP, distribute malware or otherwise attack our systems or infrastructure.
You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or that violates the rights of others or use the Service in any way that damages, disrupts, or overloads our infrastructure. Violations may result in appropriate action, including suspension or termination of your account.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We may update our pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to the new price. Charges are billed as described at the point of purchase. You are responsible for any taxes, including VAT or similar taxes, that apply to your purchases.
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party tools and platforms including Vercel, Netlify, GitHub, Supabase, Airtable, and others. Use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for the availability or behaviour of any third-party service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You consent to our collection and use of any personal data submitted through the Service as described in that Policy. You may delete your account and data at any time, but we may retain aggregated or de-identified data as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you share feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you give us the right to use that feedback and other information without restriction, without payment to you. You may do so, but we are not required to. We appreciate all product suggestions and use them to continuously build better.
The Service is provided as-is and as-available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Electroplix's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Electroplix and its team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, pose a security or legal risk, or for any other reason with reasonable notice where practicable. You may also close your account at any time. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately. Sections covering ownership, liability, indemnification, and disputes survive termination.
We may update the Service or these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the platform or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the Service before it takes effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
